All our natural skincare products are shipped via Canada Post, FedEx, or UPS. Once your purchase is complete, your shipping information will be sent to you via email. We offer both local and international shipping.
Delivery Timeframes:

Tracking Your Order:
Most of our shipments include a tracking number, allowing you to monitor your package’s location. Canada Post, FedEx, or UPS can trace packages and provide real-time updates. Tracking numbers typically consist of 13 alphanumeric characters and can be found on your receipt or shipping label.

Once your package is with the carrier, it is under their responsibility. You may contact them directly for inquiries or tracking assistance.

If a package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address, the carrier may return it to us, discard it, or sell it. We are not liable for lost or misdelivered packages.

We do not cover shipping costs for returns or replacements, and shipping refunds are not provided. This includes items purchased through Etsy or other marketplaces.
